Springroll Media is an award-winning female-only media production company with a background in documentary, filmmaking and multimedia storytelling.
Our Clients include the United Nations, the European Union, Skoll Foundation, European Schoolnet, Council of Europe, Der Spiegel, De Correspondent, TV Brasil, CCTV, ZINC, OZY and many more.
The mission of the company is to celebrate the talent of diverse women in front and behind the camera.
We are based in the Netherlands and work worldwide.

We love making connections with people all over the world. Our teams are extremely diverse and experienced at working in the developing world, with tight deadlines and in multiple languages.
We work in small female-only crews with filmmakers who are working as a producers, camera women, directors, sound engineers and editors.
As an international team we understand how to build relationships with communities and protagonists.
We work with concept creation, script development, video production, post production, subtitling and animated graphics. With clients including the UN and the EU, we are used to ensuring strict adherence to policy and visual identity.
As experienced consultants for international organisations and NGOs we develop and facilitate (online) trainings for diverse audiences.

Brindusa Nastasa
Director / Camera / Editor /Trainer
Brindusa has been working in media production as a camerawoman, director and video editor for more than 10 years.
Having lived in 6 countries and filmed projects in more than 30, she developed a visual sensitivity for different cultures. As a self-shooting director she likes to combine visual storytelling with detailed character study.
As an experienced trainer, she has facilitated workshops in multimedia storytelling for young and professional audiences. Brindusa also creates perfumes and experiments with smell as a form of artistic expression.
Annabella Stieren
Filmmaker / Editor / Trainer
Annabella is a visual storyteller specialised in documentary filmmaking, editing and photography.
As a consultant she has worked for international civil society organisations producing videos and developing (online) trainings for diverse audiences.
As a filmmaker, Annabella has always been inspired by everyday life and its significance for understanding social change in different cultures. Her work has a strong humanistic view capturing intimate, spontaneous moments with intense images.
